Blue Sage No. 8 has a spacious layout accentuated by a daring architectural feature — a diagonal ridge. The kitchen is well-appointed with all necessities. There is a dining area just off the living room which features an arched reading nook with twinkle lights. Twin French doors open onto a large deck with expansive views that wraps around an old Texas Red Oak. The bathroom has a flush toilet, vanity with mirror, walk-in shower and heated tile floors. Up the stairs is a large lofted bedroom with a king bed, a 6-foot en suite soak tub, and views to the Texas horizon.

  • Parking is available directly in front of the property. Ability to climb steps is required for entry. Please note that the bedroom and bathroom are on different floors.

  • Check-in: 3 p.m.
    Check-out: 11 a.m.

    Smoking inside: not allowed
    Parties and events: not allowed
    Pets: not allowed (we enforce an $800 fine for violations).

    Additional rules:
    Two adults maximum, and 1-2 children are welcome.

    No smoking, no parties, no events. Please respect the privacy and tranquility of any other guests on the property: no loud music in outdoor areas.

    No hunting or fishing is allowed at HoneyTree. No drones.

    Cancellation policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.

Blue Sage is located just 10 minutes outside of Fredericksburg on Ranch Road 965. Be mindful when planning your stay to use the directions sent to you along with your reservation instead of relying on Google or Apple Maps.

No. 8 offers self check-in with the keypad and your unique guest code. Check-in is available starting at 3 p.m. the day of your reservation. Check-out is at 11 a.m. the day of your departure.
